Out and About in Central Vermont

A new discovery!  With the hot summer finally upon us in fall, after a long walk at Waterbury Reservoir, we decided a cold beer sounded like just what the doctor ordered.  I'd been to the Prohibition Pig in Waterbury for dinner but never ventured to their side street addition, the Prohibition Pig Brewery.  Imagine our delight that they had an outside eatery where we could bring our dogs and delicious micro Vermont style brews.  But the "froth on the beverage" was their street tacos!  Absolutely beyond delicious with guacamole that I must admit is probably better than what I make!  I had the Carne Asada and sadly for my dog, there wasn't a bite left over! A highly recommended spot - locals and good food and beer.
